Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SendCore, including its website, APIs, dashboard, SMTP services, email delivery services, marketing tools, automation features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Providing accurate information.
• Restricting unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Services

SendCore provides email infrastructure services including:

• Transactional Email API
• SMTP Services
• Marketing Campaigns
• Automation Workflows
• Email Analytics
• Domain Management
• Related Messaging Services

Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with the SendCore Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.

SendCore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Billing

Certain Services require payment.

Fees are displayed at the time of purchase.

Invoices must be paid before service activation where applicable.

Subscription Renewals

SendCore currently does not automatically renew subscriptions.

Users will receive renewal reminders before expiration.

Failure to renew may result in service interruption.

No Refunds

All payments are final.

Except where required by applicable law, SendCore does not provide refunds for:

• Subscription fees
• Usage charges
• Setup fees
• Add-on purchases

Intellectual Property

SendCore retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.

Customers retain ownership of their content and data.

Data Processing

Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from recipients and complying with applicable privacy laws.

Service Availability

While SendCore strives for reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, incidents, and third-party outages may impact availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendCore shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss

SendCore's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendCore, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Violation of third-party rights

Termination

SendCore may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Policy violations
• Abuse
• Fraud
• Security concerns
• Non-payment

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
