At SendCore, deliverability is a shared responsibility between SendCore and its customers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Use permission-based email lists.
  • Maintain list hygiene.
  • Remove invalid addresses.
  • Honor unsubscribe requests.
  • Monitor complaint rates.

Prohibited Practices

Customers may not:

  • Send to purchased lists.
  • Send to scraped lists.
  • Send unsolicited marketing emails.
  • Use deceptive sender information.
  • Mislead recipients.

Authentication

Customers are encouraged to configure:

  • SPF
  • DKIM
  • DMARC

Proper authentication improves inbox placement and sender reputation.

Monitoring

SendCore monitors:

  • Bounce rates
  • Spam complaints
  • Abuse reports
  • Sending reputation

Accounts with excessive complaints may be restricted.
