At SendCore, deliverability is a shared responsibility between SendCore and its customers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Use permission-based email lists.
- Maintain list hygiene.
- Remove invalid addresses.
- Honor unsubscribe requests.
- Monitor complaint rates.
Prohibited Practices
Customers may not:
- Send to purchased lists.
- Send to scraped lists.
- Send unsolicited marketing emails.
- Use deceptive sender information.
- Mislead recipients.
Authentication
Customers are encouraged to configure:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
Proper authentication improves inbox placement and sender reputation.
Monitoring
SendCore monitors:
- Bounce rates
- Spam complaints
- Abuse reports
- Sending reputation
Accounts with excessive complaints may be restricted.

Our objective is to maintain high inbox placement and strong sending reputation across our infrastructure.
