Data Retention

Customer data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 90 days to allow for re-activation. After this period, data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Logs and analytics aggregates may be retained longer for operational purposes.

Customers may request data deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, all personally identifiable data is removed within 14 days.

Data Storage & Hosting

Customer data is stored on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean in the United States (New York). File attachments are stored in Amazon Web Services S3 (US East). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

Artificial Intelligence

SendCore uses Azure OpenAI (text-embedding-3-small) to enable semantic search of inbound emails within Agent Inboxes. Customers may optionally use AI-generated email replies. No customer data is used to train or fine-tune AI models.

User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may:
