Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a vulnerability affecting SendCore, please report it responsibly by emailing: support@usesendcore.com
Include:
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
- Potential impact
- Screenshots where applicable
Good Faith Research
SendCore will not pursue legal action against individuals who:
- Act in good faith
- Avoid accessing customer data
- Avoid disrupting services
- Report findings responsibly
Prohibited Activities
Researchers must not:
- Access customer information
- Modify customer data
- Perform denial-of-service attacks
- Conduct social engineering attacks
- Exploit vulnerabilities beyond verification
Response Process
SendCore will:
- Acknowledge reports
- Investigate findings
- Remediate confirmed vulnerabilities
- Communicate progress where appropriate
