This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of SendCore services, APIs, websites, applications, and related infrastructure.
By using SendCore, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use SendCore to:
- Send unsolicited or spam email.
- Send phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or fraudulent communications.
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code.
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Send messages using purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party email lists.
- Conduct activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful.
- Promote gambling, adult content, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities.
- Promote unlicensed cryptocurrency offerings, token sales, or deceptive financial products.
- Attempt to bypass SendCore security controls, rate limits, or abuse prevention systems.
Email Requirements
All email sent through SendCore must:
- Include a valid sender identity.
- Include an unsubscribe mechanism where applicable.
- Comply with anti-spam regulations.
- Be sent only to recipients who have provided valid consent.
Enforcement
SendCore may, at its sole discretion:
- Suspend accounts.
- Limit sending privileges.
- Remove content.
- Terminate services.
- Report violations to relevant authorities.
